Residence Lobby & Corridors I Interior Design I Buffalo, NY I Completion: 2018

Lymstone Lofts is a luxury, urban-style apartment building located in Williamsville, NY. The developer approached us to develop a high-end lobby to welcome tenants as they enter the building.

Our work included specifying the flooring, lighting fixtures, wallpaper, custom artwork, paint selections, visual accessories, and furniture in the lobby area. We chose these aesthetic elements to elevate the look and feel of the public space for the residential tenants. The space is luxurious, but still feels comfortable to ensure residents feel at home. In addition to the lobby, we also assisted with selecting modern apartment numbers, as well as finishes and lighting for the apartment units and tenant corridors. The end results are fun, freshly-designed, and welcoming.
